In the event of the death of a user, the account will be closed. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you access unless you can provide sufficient proof that you are the account owner.
When you enroll in a course, whether free or paid, you receive a license to view the course content on our platform. You do not have the right to resell, share, or copy course materials. Courses purchased individually will remain available as long as your account is active. If you subscribe to a package, your access to the courses will last until your subscription expires. If a subscription is not renewed, access to subscribed courses will be removed, but your account will remain active. Instructors may not grant licenses to their content directly to learners, and any such direct license shall be void.
To access paid courses, you must pay the course fee or subscription charges. We accept payments through secure payment gateways such as SSL Commerz. Course prices may change due to discounts and promotions. The price applicable at the time of purchase will apply. Discounts may be available for new users or during special promotions. You authorize us to process payments using the method you provide at checkout.
Any content you post as a student or instructor remains yours. However, by sharing it on our platform, you allow 360 Academy to use and share it as needed. Instructors cannot sell courses outside 360 Academy without permission, and learners cannot copy or distribute course materials. If you are an instructor, you must comply with the content licensing terms mentioned in the Instructor Terms.
When interacting with instructors or other students, be careful about sharing personal details. You should not share personal information such as phone numbers, addresses, or passwords. While we take measures to ensure a safe learning environment, we are not responsible for any actions taken by instructors or students outside of the platform. Additionally, when you use our services, you may find links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or security of these external sites, so always check their terms before using them.
We may update these Terms to improve our services. If we make important changes, we will notify you via email or by posting on our website. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted. If you continue to use our platform after changes are made, it means you accept the new terms. Any revised Terms shall replace all previous Terms.
You have the right to delete your account at any time. To delete your account, log in to your account, go to settings, and select delete my account. Once deleted, your account and course progress cannot be recovered.
All course content, branding, and intellectual property on 360 Academy belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any course material without permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or misuse our platform. If your account is terminated due to a violation, you will not be entitled to a refund.
